I. POSITION SUMMARY
The AI Strategy Lead is responsible for leading Legal Soft’s enterprise-wide AI strategy, automation initiatives, research operations, and AI implementation efforts across internal departments and operational business units.
This role serves as the primary strategic leader of the AI team and is responsible for identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and operationalizing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, workforce scalability, client service delivery, reporting accuracy, process automation, and organizational innovation.
The AI Strategy Lead oversees AI Researchers, AI Implementation Specialists, automation initiatives, and cross-functional AI projects while partnering closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, HR, Marketing, Recruiting, Sales, and IT teams to integrate practical AI solutions into Legal Soft’s day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly strategic, operationally driven, technologically adaptable, and capable of translating emerging AI technologies into scalable business applications that support Legal Soft’s long-term growth and competitive advantage.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. AI Strategy & Organizational Leadership
a. Develop and lead Legal Soft’s overall AI and automation strategy aligned with executive priorities and operational business goals.
b. Lead and manage the internal AI team, including AI Researchers, AI Implementation Specialists, automation support personnel, and innovation initiatives.
c. Build scalable AI frameworks, governance structures, implementation standards, and operational AI roadmaps.
d. Identify AI opportunities that improve:
e. Advise Executive Leadership on AI trends, automation opportunities, operational risks, and emerging technologies relevant to Legal Soft’s business model.

B. AI Research Oversight & Innovation Management

C. AI Implementation & Operational Integration
a. Lead AI implementation projects from research and evaluation through deployment and operational adoption.

d. Facilitate AI readiness, adoption training, and change management initiatives across teams.
e. Promote a culture of innovation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
E. AI Governance, Risk Management & Compliance
a. Establish responsible AI usage standards and governance practices across the organization.
b. Evaluate legal, operational, compliance, confidentiality, and data privacy risks associated with AI adoption.
