Responsibilities include assisting the Restaurant Manager with compliance of all restaurant standards, creation of the schedule for all servers, proper training of servers, food and beverage inventory, assigning tasks for all restaurant front of house staff, and coordination of guest reservations.

Qualifications

1. Superior customer service and knowledge of fine dining protocol are essential.
2. Prior fine dining management experience is preferred, excellent organizational and communications skills essential, and demonstrated ability to manage staff and deal with issues in a timely and effective manner are required.
3. Must have a valid driver's license.
4. Be ServSafe certified (or have the ability to become certified), and successfully pass a background check.

Experience Requirements

Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
