Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, scheduling, and managing day to day Base Operations staff for cleaning restrooms & public facilities as well as snow removal projects.
  • Keeping track of payroll, HR documentation and building check lists.
  • Maintaining weekly staff safety meetings and team meetings to plan for upcoming projects.
  • Works closely with Building Maintenance technicians to help facilitate repairs to buildings, performing small repairs when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly building check list for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety/fire code compliance.
  • Complies with all applicable safety policies and procedures

  • Functions as an ambassador of Eldora Mountain, modeling and sharing the Eldora “culture” with our guests and employees. Upholds the most professional image.  Continually strives to exceed our guest’s expectations and create memories for our guests and staff.
  • All Leadership team members are expected to participate in the company’s Front Line Assist program to assist in operations as needed, as well as to participate in Leadership events such as meetings, required trainings, and participating in employee dinners/events.


  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Must have a valid US Driver’s License
  • This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee is subject to comply with the Driver’s Standards of Eldora Mountain Resort
  • High School degree or equivalent

Preferred Experience & Special Skills:

  • 3 Years minimum supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience with Workday, EdgeAuditor or Coupa is a plus.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Minor maintenance skills necessary.
