Provide daily supervision and guidance to the guest services team members. Ensure each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. Assist the various departments when needed. Resolves guest complaints, concerns or disputes quickly and timely.
Responsible for the overall Hotel operations when serving as Manager on Duty. Three to five years experience as a front office manager in a luxury hotel. Must have excellent public relations & communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills and past supervisory/management experience necessary.
