Come live in Jackson Hole while providing meaningful mentorship for K-12 students in an accredited residential school. Provide life coaching, teach social skills, build supportive relationships. Oversee chores, recreation, and leisure plans. Ensure safety of students. Training provided. Day shifts are Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. Overnight shifts are Fri-Sun.

Must remain calm in crisis situations and have good communication skills, dependable work ethic, sense of humor, and cheerful attitude.
Experience with children is given greater consideration. Must be at least 21 years old, have good driving record, and be able to pass background checks, tuberculosis screening, and drug screening.
Associates Degree or higher preferred. This position provides hands-on experience and training for students of education, psychology, social work, and juvenile justice. Region V BOCES employees who have worked for at least one year and are in undergrad or grad school may qualify for tuition assistance. Job-specific training, such as Love & Logic, Handle With Care, and DBT skills are provided.
Experience with supervising and/or caring for children preferred.
