About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ for some roles)

Reliable transportation and availability for shift work including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and commitment to guest service excellence

Willingness to work indoors or outdoors depending on role
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality, golf, food service, recreation, or customer-facing roles

Interest or experience in resort operations

Certifications relevant to the applied position (e.g., ServSafe, pesticide license, CPR, etc.)

Familiarity with the Northern Michigan region or seasonal resort lifestyle
