Daniel Cipri has spent his career doing one thing exceptionally well—connecting people with opportunity, often in places most people only visit. With decades of experience in talent acquisition, his work has consistently focused on helping individuals build meaningful careers in smaller communities, many of them rooted in mountain towns across the United States.
Growing up in the shadow of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona, Dan developed an early appreciation for the lifestyle and sense of place that mountain communities offer.
As an alumnus of the National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander, Wyoming, Dan has outdoor educator experience that further shaped his connection to the outdoors and the communities that surround it. As a United States Coast Guard merchant marine captain, a licensed Idaho outfitter and guide, and an accomplished horseman, his experience reflects a deep, firsthand understanding of the lifestyle he helps others pursue.

Scott Fernandez brings more than 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting leadership, and career development to MountainJobs.com. Throughout his career, he has helped companies identify and hire talent while also helping individuals better understand their goals, strengths, and next career opportunities.

Growing up around the mountains of Northern California, Scott developed an early appreciation for outdoor living, active communities, and the sense of freedom that mountain environments can offer. An avid mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast, he understands the appeal of building a life around access to trails, fresh air, recreation, and community.

Scott has traveled to more than 17 countries and currently resides in Chiang Mai, Thailand, a city surrounded by mountains, trails, and outdoor activities. Living abroad has deepened his appreciation for place, flexibility, and the many different ways people can design a meaningful life and career.
