The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) atLifeBridgeHealth is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our esteemed trauma care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the surgical management of complex orthopedic trauma cases, including fractures, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries. The ideal applicant will be a team player, committed to providing high-quality care in an emergency and hospital setting, and will have experience in the management of multi-trauma patients.
Position Highlights:
- Positionoffers the opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center with a wide variety of trauma cases, including acute and elective surgeries.
- Academic involvement: Work directly with orthopedic surgery residents and engage in didactic and clinical teaching.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
- Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions
- Current DEA license
- Excellent communication skillsand the ability towork well in a team environment
- Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The basesalary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives.
