I’m a passionate educator and wellness coach who believes joy and connection are the foundation of learning. With 16+ years of experience in early childhood education, fitness, and family engagement, I’ve built programs that blend movement, music, and mindfulness to help children grow with confidence. I hold a degree in Exercise Science, multiple health and fitness certifications, and have led community initiatives like Happy Feet Dance Adventures and Helping Hands Vail Valley. Whether in the classroom or the community, I bring energy, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to every team I join.

Established a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community resource hub supporting families through childcare, elder care, transportation, and enrichment programming.
