Job Description
We are looking for a Frontend/Product Engineer with 2+ years of experience to own our entire frontend experience. We need a tastemaker who can think in terms of information architecture, not just pixels, and can build a polished, production-grade UI from the ground up without waiting for Figma mocks. This person will be a founding member of our technical staff, working with production data from large enterprise customers to build an exceptional UI that makes complex data feel intuitive.
What will you be doing?
Own and build the entire frontend experience, including the visual language, design system, and interaction patterns.
Develop the core data intelligence interface, an AI-native analytical tool that allows users to seamlessly drill down into dense, multi-source enterprise data.
Create the Investigation UX, where users can visualize the AI agent’s reasoning process as it forms hypotheses and gathers evidence.
Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, lead designer, and customers to architect the user experience.
Shape the brand and have a point of view on what it should look and feel like.
Relevant experience at one of the below: reputable companies known for strong eng teams or AI native growth-stage companies (e.g., core product involves agentic AI) (Mandatory)
Experience working with complex, enterprise data (Mandatory)
Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer. (Nice-to-have)
Top CS school (e.g., Waterloo, MIT, Cornell) (Mandatory)
AI native: daily, expert-level use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) (Mandatory)
React experience (Mandatory)
Contributes to open source, visualization libraries, or other side projects (Mandatory)
Strong communication skills; every member of the team is expected to interface with customers on a frequent basis (Mandatory)
Is an owner, not a task-taker; can build from a user story without detailed Figma mocks and will come with opinions (Mandatory)
