Job Summary:

We have decades of experience in marketing operations, including variable data printing, color digital printing, logistics, web to-print, direct mail, postcard mailing, and data services. We continually invest in new and better technologies in order to offer our partners the highest level of quality, accuracy, and speed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Utilize MIS for supply chain management and reporting

● Manage carrier relationships to optimize the synchronization of cost-efficiency and transit speed for all outgoing shipments

● Utilize various carrier systems and interfaces (such as FedEx, UPS, and Courier Services)

● Properly read and interpret shipping reports to ensure accurate shipping of all customer work

● Pick & Pull Fulfillment Items / Pack Customer Materials for shipping as needed

● Inventory management (cycle counts, efficient utilization of floor and racking space)

● Maintain High Quality, Accuracy and timely of shipping Customer Orders

● Loading, Unloading, and Staging Materials as needed via Forklift

● Maintain positive interpersonal working relationships with the rest of the Production Team

Required Experience:

● Logistics (Production, Shipping, and Warehouse Familiarity): 5 Years (Preferred)

● Ability to Partner with Others Successfully

● High Computer Literacy (Typing, Email, Tharstern MIS Systems)

● Basic Knowledge of Print, Mail, and Shipping Processes

● High Attention to Detail to maintain High Quality Standards

● Self-Motivated and Resourceful

● Able to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment

● Forklift Operations and Certification

● Ability to Lift 50-75 lbs. of Material as Needed
