Do you love cooking, working with kids, and bringing BIG energy into the room?

Do you believe learning should be hands-on, joyful, and a little messy (in the best way)?

If so… Young Chefs Academy is calling your name.

Who We Are

Young Chefs Academy is a hands-on cooking school for kids that blends culinary education, creativity, and confidence-building. We teach real-life skills in a high-energy, positive, and encouraging environment—no boring lectures here!

What You’ll Do

As a Young Chefs Academy Instructor, you’ll be the heart of the kitchen—leading classes, inspiring young chefs, and creating unforgettable experiences for kids and families. You will:

  • Lead fun, interactive cooking classes for kids ages 4–18

  • Teach basic cooking skills, kitchen safety, and nutrition (don’t worry—we train you!)

  • Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom environment

  • Help with birthday parties, camps, special events, and workshops

  • Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen

  • Be a role model, hype-person, and confidence booster for our young chefs

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Love working with kids and bring positive energy into every room

  • Enjoy cooking (professional experience is a bonus, but not required)

  • Are reliable, organized, and comfortable leading a group

  • Can communicate clearly and keep kids engaged

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment

  • Are available daytime and evenings

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • This is not your average job

  • You get to make a real impact on kids’ confidence and independence

  • Supportive leadership and seriously awesome coworkers

  • Every shift is different—and never boring

Bonus Points (Not Required!)

  • Culinary, hospitality, education, or childcare experience

  • Background in teaching, coaching, or leading groups

  • Have a big personality and love for themed events

Pay & Perks

  • Hourly Pay: $15 per hour (based on experience and availability)

  • Flexible scheduling (great for students, creatives, and part-time work)

  • Paid training and ongoing support

  • Opportunities to work camps, parties, and special events
