Warehouse Associate – Recall Department

Location: Fairlawn, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or Monday – Thursday | 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Recall Department. In this role, you will help process returned merchandise by verifying inventory, inspecting products, labeling items, and preparing orders for shipment. During the holiday season, you’ll also assist with packing eCommerce orders to support increased customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned merchandise matches store transfer records.
• Inspect, sort, and process returned products.
• Print and apply product labels.
• Perform basic ticketing and inventory tasks.
• Operate sorting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pack and prepare eCommerce orders during peak seasons.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills and experience printing labels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (if applicable).
