We’re looking for skilled installers to join our team at Desert Design! With over 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, and specialty remodeling services in Northern Nevada, we offer a great opportunity for a career change with a family-oriented team. We currently have openings for carpet/vinyl and hard surface flooring installers.

We’re a busy team, and we need people who are ready to hit the ground running!

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for team players who can;

• Adhere to our company policies and industry standards to ensure successful installations.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, sales consultants, management, and fellow installers.
• Use digital tools to track their time.
• Work safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate concerns with the right team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have;

• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for product delivery and travel when needed.
• The necessary tools for the trade they’ll be performing.
• Hands-on experience in the trade they’ll be performing.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to get their hands dirty
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
