The Role

We’re hiring a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our field team on the commercial side of our mix. You’ll work both independently and alongside our Master Electrician, handling everything from service calls to construction rough-ins and finish work. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady, high-quality work with a company that’s investing in its people as it grows.

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems primarily on commercial jobs
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement code-compliant repairs
• Perform rough-in and finish electrical work on remodel, government, and city projects
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
• Communicate clearly with clients, site supervisors, and teammates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time on job via our field management system

What You Bring

• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• 1+ years of hands-on journeyman-level experience
• Experience with both commercial and residential electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of the quality of their work
• Good communication skills: you’ll represent our company directly with clients
