Directed all human resources functions for World Athletics Championships Oregon22, as the world & the most elite track & field athletes came to the US. Multiplied staffing efforts to scale up organization from planning to delivery mode, growing a staff from 15 to 150 in six months. Coached managers into leaders, developed staff into intensive event time roles, and provided HR guidance and support in fast-paced international event delivery model. Sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, training, conflict resolution, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, leadership and career coaching.
