Multiplied staffing efforts to scale up organization from planning to delivery mode, growing a staff from 15 to 150 in six months. Coached managers into leaders, developed staff into intensive event time roles, and provided HR guidance and support in fast-paced international event delivery model. Sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, training, conflict resolution, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, leadership and career coaching.

Event time role included supporting accreditation program, working closely with foreign dignitaries, athletes and teams, internal and global partners, and volunteers. Staffed main accreditation center while maintaining human resources functions including payroll and staff support throughout event. Assisted transport team in high volume departure period.
