Allergan is an American pharmaceutical company that acquires, develops, manufactures, and markets brand name drugs and medical devices in the following areas: eye care, gastroenterology, central nervous system, and medical aesthetics.
Managed Allergan’s marketing and physician training for their eyesight specific (ophthalmology) product line. Products included Bimatoprost (Latisse), Bimatoprost SR and Xen. Lead a team of program managers who reported on shared services, editorial, creative, and accounting.
Key Achievements:
Managed contracting for doctors within the speaker bureau, including experts in the ophthalmology field (Key Opinion Leaders).
Ran client status calls; performed as the sole point of contact to Allergan marketing clientele.

Managed Biomedical Markets for a territory spanning three countries/Ministries of Health; Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji, each with their own culture and specific ways of conducting business. Developed sales plans based on forecasting, guided the sales team’s growth and retention within existing accounts.

Provided customer support for clients across multiple countries.
Ran the Patient and Physician Portal for the Queensland Ministry of Health, EBSCO's largest contract outside the United States, $35m.
Secured a 3-year contract with the Australian Red Cross Blood Drive Service which provided the knowledge to go beyond whole blood and research stem cells, tissue banking, and Crohn’s implant therapy. This also connected Australia’s information resources with all Red Cross units in Southeast Asia.

MedEDirect is a 501c3 continuing professional education non-profit organization that provided programs that met the continuing medical education needs of physicians, pharmacists, and nurses to keep their licensing in the United States.
Provided high science education solutions across a number of brands for Allergan, Genentech, Alcon, Pfizer, Novartis, and many more. Grew MedEDirect (501c3) from a start-up to a major player in the medical education space.
Key Achievements:
Developed MedEDirect into an accrediting body for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
Developed relationships with multiple 501c3 organizations including the University of Chicago, the University of Miami, and the CONNECT Network (association of vitreoretinal surgeons).
Created the company’s anti-fungal portfolio and developed the Vfend brand.

Education
Combined BA/MA program in Communication Studies. I completed all the course work for my Masters Degree, I got busy with work, and never finished my thesis.
